Privacy Policy for Neon Pulse com.xplozder.NeonPulse

Effective Date: October 21, 2026
Last Updated: October 21, 2026

Neon Pulse ("we", "our", or "us"), developed by Xplozder, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our mobile application Neon Pulse (Package: com.xplozder.NeonPulse).

1. Information Collection and Use

Neon Pulse does not require user account registration, login credentials, or personal identification. We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, location, or contacts on external servers.

Local Data Storage

All game progress, including high scores, virtual coin balances, unlocked player skins, achievement progress, and custom settings (sound, music, haptic vibrations, and accessibility colorblind modes), is stored 100% locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences. Clearing your app data or uninstalling the application will reset this locally saved progress.

2. Third-Party Services and Advertising

Neon Pulse uses Google AdMob to display advertisements (banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads) within the application.

While we do not collect personal data directly, Google AdMob may automatically collect and process certain non-personally identifiable technical information from your device for ad serving, ad frequency capping, and ad performance analytics.

Information Collected by Third-Party Ad Networks

For more information on how Google handles advertising data, please review:

3. Children's Privacy

Neon Pulse is intended for general audiences aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data through third-party services, please contact us so we can take appropriate corrective measures.

4. Opt-Out of Personalized Advertising

You can manage or opt-out of personalized interest-based advertising on your Android device at any time:

  1. Open Settings on your Android device.
  2. Select Google → Ads.
  3. Tap Delete advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalization.

5. Security

We value your trust in providing us with your privacy choices. Because all game progress data is kept strictly on your local device, it is secured by the standard Android operating system sandbox protections.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting.
